Little Steps Day Nursery is owned and managed
by Karen Bounds and Heather Woolston, we will
both be part of the working team in the nursery.
Karen has a BEd Primary degree Honours degree and
nine years teaching experience in a primary
school setting, teaching children from 4 years
to 9 years of age. Heather has worked in a
primary school for the past nine years and
gained a wealth of knowledge as a Level 3
Teaching Assistant and Cover Supervisor. We
have worked together as a team for the past
three years.
Our team of highly experienced, qualified and
dedicated staff, who share our love and respect
for children, create an environment which is
safe, fun and helps them with their first
'little steps' on their learning journey.
The whole team is valued and this is
reflected in our continual staff training and
support programmes.
All the staff have completed First Aid
Training.
