Welcome to Little Steps Day Nursery

Little Steps day nursery is located in a spacious listed building on the main route through Higham Ferrers near Rushden Northants. It has a real home from home atmosphere with natural light in every room. The nursery is extremely well equipped with all the latest quality resources. It is registered with OFSTED for 65 children between 3 months and 5 years of age.

We have 2 large activity rooms for the children aged 3 months to 2 years, with a separate sleeping room. The activity rooms are stimulating and spacious, the sleeping room has a calming and relaxed feel.

Little Steps Nursery has been awarded a score of 5 stars for food hygiene by Northamptonshire County Council as well as the Gold Heart Beat for nutrition and food standards. ! Our meals are served in our large dining room were we all eat together.

We have a garden on our roof!

We are the only nursery in the area with a roof top terrace garden for our under two’s unit which allows free flow outside play for this age group.

The nursery also benefits from a secure ground level outside play area that the children have access to all day long.

Little Steps Day Nursery provides child care for children aged 3 months to 5 years. We are based in Higham Ferrers, Rushden east Northamptonshire and offer nursery places to children from Higham Ferrers, Rushden, Wellingborough, Bedford, Thrapston and Kettering.
